Daca e toamna, e prajitura cu mere. N-are foi de cremes, dar aduce la gust. Cand am inceput sa scriu, ma gandeam sa scriu ca-i o reteta veche, vroiam sa scriu " dinainte de revolutie ", dar cumva mi-am dat seama ca reperul meu trebuie schimbat pentru ca e depasit. - scortisoara </div><div> Pentru foi se amesteca ingredientele si se coc 3 foi pe dosul tavii. Crema se prepara conform indicatiilor de pe plic, sau daca faceti crema de vanilie de casa, dupa reteta folosita. Merele se taie felii subtiri si se calesc in putin unt cu zahar si vanilie, pana devin moi, dar nu terci. Peste prima foaie se pune jumatate de crema, apoi se pune jumatate din cantitatea de mere, din nou foaie, din nou crema si mere si ultima foaie. Remember me? Sunt tot eu cea care posta cam o reteta pe saptamana.Acum ma bucur daca pot incerca o reteta la 3-4 luni.Da' ma bucur enorm de tot ce-ti ofera calitatea de a fi mama.<br />
Si cu toata lipsa acuta de timp pentru postari, nu puteam sa nu postez gombotii cu prune, facuti dupa reteta Laurei Laurentiu, si care au iesit pur si simplu perfecti.<br />

Se fierb cartofii si se lasa la racit, pana se racesc cat sa poata fi curatati.Se zdrobesc ca pentru pireu, sa fie fini, fini, fini.Se adauga ouale, apoi restul ingredientelor.<br />
Uleiul si untul se pun in tigaie.Se adauga pesmetul si se lasa la prajit amestecandu-se permanent sa nu se arda.Se adauga zaharul si se stinge focul.<br />
Se pune o oala mare cu apa la fiert, iar cand apa clocoteste se adauga gombotii umpluti cu jumatati de prune.<br />
Atunci cand se ridica la suprafata, se scot cu spumiera, si se tavalesc prin pesmet.Se servesc calduti.<br />
Eu am pus exact cantitatile date de Laura chiar daca am folosit multa apa cand i-am modelat, dar din cauza asta cred, au iesit perfect fragezi si pufosi, nu bolovanosi.<br />

A trecut si Pastele, imediat e mai si intram in linie dreapta. La voi cum a trecut ? La noi a fot fain dar si cu mult intrebari. Cand vine iepurasul ? Duminica. Da azi e sambata ? Nu, e vineri.Peste o jumate de ora. Da cand e duminica ? Dupa azi ? Sambata le-am zis ca vopsim ouale la ora 12:00.Frate din momentul in care s-au trezit, au inceput. Da cand vopsim ouale ? La 12:00. Da acuma ii 12 ? Nu, opt jumate,Peste 10 minute incepeau de la inceput. Dar na cand vor fi mari o sa ne lipseasca discutiile astea, asa ca sa nu fim carcotasi.<br />
De Paste am avut tort, din care ei de abia au gustat, dar care sa nu-l fi facut, auzeam la reprosuri cu varf si indesat. Deci i-am cantat " la multi ani " Pastelui si asta a fost.<br />

pentru primul blat:<br />

- 150 g faina<br />

- 100 g unt rece<br />

- daca nu se leaga bine aluatul 2-3 linguri de lapte<br />

pentru pandispan:<br />

- 4 oua<br />

- 80-90 g zahar<br />

- 120 g faina<br />

- 50 g unt topit<br />
<br />
pentru crema de zmeura<br />
<br />
- 600 g zmeura congelata<br />

- 300 g iaurt grecesc bine scurs de apa<br />
<br />
- 200 ml frisca<br />
<br />
6 foi de gelatina<br />
<br />
pentru crema de ciocolata<br />
<br />
- 300 ml frisca<br />
<br />
- 300 g ciocolata ( amaruie + cu lapte )<br />

- in plus 2-3 linguri bune de gem de zmeura<br />

Se amesteca ingredientele pentru blatul fraged se inveleste in foile transparenta dupa care se baga la frigider pentru 30 min. Se scoate, se intinde foaie, se decupeaza dupa forma in care va fi facut tortul si se coace.<br />
Pentru pamdispan se bat ouale cu zaharul se adauga sarea apoi faina in ploaie iar ultimul untul topit. Se coace pana trece testul cu scobitoarea.<br />
Zmeura se lasa cu zahar pana se decongeleaza. Se scure zeama dupa care se pune zmeura pe foc si se tine putin pana se sfarma sa poata fi stoarsa mai bine. Se pune in sita si se scot samburii. Se gusta se potriveste de zahar. Se adauga iaurtul apoi gelatina hidratata si topita pe baie de abur. Cand crema incepe sa se ingroasa se adauga frisca batuta. La momentul asta eu incep asamblarea tortului. Se pune foaia frageda in forma se unge cu gem. Pandispanul rece se taie in doua pe orizontala. Peste gem se pune o foaie de pandispan. Se insiropeaza, nu foarte tare, cu zeama ramasa de la zmeura. Se pune inelul de tort dupa care se pune crema de zmeura. Se baga la frigider. Pentru crema de ciocolata se pune frisca pe foc si se lasa la incalzit fara sa fiarba. Se adauga ciocolata si se amesteca pana se topeste. Se baga la frigider pana se intareste. Se scoate se bate cu mixerul si se pune peste al doilea blat de pandispan insiropat. Se ororneaza dupa preferinte.<br />

N-am uitat de blog si nici nu-s in pauza de facut una,alta la bucatarie. Doar ca timpul e foarte putin si cel care il am il impart intre citit si scris pe blog. Uneori castiga cititul. Alteori blogul, ca acum.<br />
Cornuletele astea nu le-am facut acum, dar le voi face din nou, in curand, adica de Paste. Is foarte, foarte bune, nu-s greu de facut, asa ca raman la favorite. Nu incercati sa inlocuiti parmezanul cu cascaval normal ca nu e acelasi lucru. In sensul ca, daca uneti in mijlocul lor cascaval, dupa ce se racesc, cascavalul devine elastic, parmezanul nu.<br />

- 60 g parmezan<br />

- 40 g branza cheddar<br />
<br />
- 250 g unt moale la temeratura camerei<br />

- 400 g faina<br />

- 1 ou<br />

- 1/2 lingurita sare<br />
<br />
- optional piper alb eu nu am pus<br />
<br />
- inca 60 g parmezan si asta nu e bine sa-l inlocuiti cu cascaval pentru pus in cornulete<br />

pentru pus deasupra<br />

- un ou batut<br />
<br />
- seminte de chimen<br />
<br />
- sare grunjoasa<br />

Se amesteca untul moale cu celelalte ingrediente, mai putin cele 60 g parmezan pentru umplut. Se framanta un aluat compact se formeaza o bila sau patru cum spun fetele apoi se inveleste in folie transparenta si se baga la frigider pentru cel putin 30 min. Se scoate bila se imparte in 4 si se intind cercuri. Se imparte parmezanul ramas ( 60 g ) in patru si se presara este cercuri. Se taie triunhiuri se ruleza, iar eu le mai bag, cu tava cu tot la frigider pana se intareste untul din ele. Cu cat se intareste dun nou, untul mai tare in aluat cu atat mai fragede vor fi.Se scoate tava din frigider, se ung cornulete cu ou se presara seminte sau ce va place si se coc pana devin aurii.<br />

Spitzbuben sunt fursecurile preferate ale Denisei, asa ca sutintr-o cautare cotinua de reteta perfecta de Spitzbuben..Totdeauna o sa mi se para ca aia pe care urmeaza sa o incerc e cea mai faina.Uneori iau teaoa, alteori chiar se dovedeste a fi mai buna decat cea pe care o aveam.<br />
In cazul de fata reteta testata acum , ramane cea mai buna.<br />

Se amesteca toate ingredientele, se face o bila care se inveleste in folie transparenta si se baga la frigider pentru cateva ore.Se scoate apoi aluatul se imparte in patru si e rand fiecare bucata se intinde foaie de 1/2 cm, se decupeaza, apoi se coc. reci se lipesc doua cate doua cu un gem acrisor.<br />

Am aflat de prajitura asta, prin Ungaria parca, la un restaurant daca bine tin minte.Mai apoi i-am gasit si reteta, si muuuuuuuulllllttt mai apoi i-a venit si randul sa incerc reteta. - cateva nuci tocate grosier<br /><br /> Pentru dulcele de lehe se pune conserva de lapte condensat la fiert intr-un vas cu apa, astfel incat apa sa acopere conserva. Se lasa cam doua ore la foc mediu, si se completeaza tot timpul cu apa.<br /><br /><i> </i>Pentru foi se pun intr-o cratita untul, mierea si zaharul la foc mic si se amesteca pana se topesc ingredientele. Nu trebuie sa fiarba! Se adaugam ouale, bicarbonatul stins cu otet, sarea si se amesteca continuu. Se mai lasa sa fiarba pana devine ca o spuma si se caramelizeaza din zahar si compozitia devine aramie. Se ia oala de pe foc si se lasa la racit 5-10 minute. Se adauga faina si se amesteca. Daca vi se pare ca aluatul este foarte tare nu puneti toata faina. Se imparte aluatul obtinut in 5 parti egale si se coc 5 foi pe dosul tavii . Eu tin bucatile de aluat deasupra pe aragaz, astfel caldyra cuptorului nu lasa mierea din foi sa se solidifice si se pot intinde foarte, foarte usor.</div>

Pentru crema se fier cele doua plicuri de budinca de vanilie se amesteca cu dulcele de leche apoi cu untul moale. Se umplu foile, apoi se orneaza cu ciocolata topita si cu nuci tocate grosier.</div>

Nimic deosebit si totusi senzational de bune. Este un dulce pe care nu-l fac prea des petru ca stiu ca nu ma pot abtine, de la mancat. Si da sunt " to die for ". Mai am o reteta faina cu napolitane dar asta e dupa gustul meu, mai buna.<br />
Reteta, dintr-o revista ungureasca dar habar nu mai am din care. E notata in caiet deci in patrimoniu.<br />

Pentru crema de cicolata se pune frisca pe foc si se aduce la punctul de fierbere fara a o lasa sa fiarba. Se adauga ciocolata rupta bucatele si se amesteca, pana se topeste. Se pune romul si se lasa la racit.<br />
Pentru crema caramel se pune zaharul la caramelizat, si se lasa pana are o culoare aurie. Se adauga untul apoi frisca si sarea. Se lasa la racit.<br />
Se umplu foile de napolitane alternand cele doua creme.<br />

Habar n-am daca am scris corect, dar sper ca da. Denumirea s-ar putea sa va induca in eroare, pentru ca nu prea are nimic in comun cu gulyasul normal. Este o tocanita normala de carne, amestecata cu varza acra calita si cu smantana, dar atat de buna incat as putea manca saptamanal. Varza acra insa trebuie sa fie din aia marunta, si nu capatana acra si taiata pe urma marunt. Stiu ca unii vor spune ca e acelasi lucru, dar nu e deloc. In zona noastra cand se pune varza la murat se pun si capatani, si marunta. Ei din asta marunta n-am prea vazut in alte zone. La noi iarna in piata, gasesti de vanzare varza acra marunta.<br />
Reteta e una mostenire de la strabunica, ea cine stie de unde, si cu siguranta nu e originala, dar e cea care ne place nua mult, mult de tot. Cantitatile sunt in functie de fiecare cat vrea sa faca, dar la noi oricata varza ai pune, e prea putina.<br />

Se pune uleiul pe foc si se adauga ceapa taita cubulete. Se pune putia sare, astfel incat ceapa sa se inmoaie doar. Se adauga carnea taiata cubulete si se lasa pana se prajeste putin. Se toarna apoi apa tot cate putin, se mai lasa apoi iarputina apa, si tot asa pana e carnea gata. Separat se caleste varza acra, tot adaugand foarte putina apa, pana se inmoaie de tot. Se condimenateaza carnea cu piper, boia, si poate putin chimen macinat, apoi se amesteca cu varza. Se adauga smantana si se mai potriveste la gust. La restaurant, se pune pe farfurie carnea, langa ea varza si intr-un vas smantana. Noua ne place sa le amestecam de la inceput pe toate.<br />

A fost foarte, foarte buna, racoroasa,aromata, dar noua tot cele care vin in cuptor neplac mai mult. Pentru blat se macina biscutii, se amesteca cu untul topit, si cu ajutorul unei linguri se preseaza pe fundul unei tavi, cu baza detasabila. Se baga la frigider sau se pune deoparte eu o pun doar deoparte, si se face crema. Se amesteca ingredientele, mai putin frisca, dupa care se adauga gelatina rehidratata apoi topita. Cand incepe putin sa se inchege se adauga si frisca batuta cu zahar dupa gust. Se baga la frigider, si cam dupa o ora se toarna toppingul. Pentru topping se pun putin pe foc fructele cu zahar dupa gust, apoi se racesc. Se dizolva tortengussul in putina apa, se pune putin pe foc dupa care se amesteca cu fructel reci. Se tarna peste cheesecake si se baga din nou la frigider.<br />

Am crescut cu macul, cu cozonacul cu mac de Craciun, de Paste si de cate ori avea cineva chef sa-i macine macul la Buni, sa poata face cozonac. Pentru blat se amesteca ingredientele, se formeaza o bila, se inveleste in folie transparenta si se baga la frigider penru cel putin o ora. Daca nu se leaga destul de bine, se pu cateva linguri de apa cat mai rece, dar doar pana se leaga. Se intinde aluatul in forma cu baza detasabila, Se face crema de vanilie, care apoi se aopera cu folie, sa nu faca crusta si se lasa la racit. Crema rece se imparte in doua.In una din jumatati se adauga un ou plus macul macinat si se intinde peste aluat. Se baga la frigider pentru 30 min. In cealalta jumatate decrema se adauga celalalt ou si se intinde peste crema cu mac. Merele taiate feliute subtiri se pun peste crema de vanilie si se baga prajitura la cuptor. Dupa 20 minute ( in reteta sunt 10 min ) se ung merele cu gemul incalzit si dat prin strecuratoare. Daca se coc prea repede merele se acopera cu hartie de copt si se mai lasa pana se coace toata tarta. Lamaia se foloseste pentru a stropi merele cu ea sa nu se innegreasca, dar eu una n-am facut-o. </div>

Totdeauna o sa caut reteta perfecta de cornulete. Intra timp nimic nu ne opreste sa le mancam pe astea " imperfecte ", pana la unul. Au mare, mare suce, si trec tare repede oricate as face. Copiii mei nu-s foarte mari fani prajituri, dar asta ii place mult la Matei. Denisa mananca doar prajitura cu mere, dar Matei are doua favorite, asta cu cazacii, si brownie. Bine nu mananca o tava, dar doua, trei bucati la o tura de prajitura, mai mananca. Stiu ca va veni vremea can imi vor manca si urechile, dar deocamdata asta e. De prajitura asta stiam inca de pe vremea lui Ceau, dar de facut acum am apucat. Am facut-o si "stilul smuls" adica fara sa mai decupez rounduri, taiat blatl in doua, pusa crema, pus cocos, blatul numarul 2 si glazura.<br />

Se bat ouale cu zaharul, apoi se adauga faina amestecata cu cacaoa si cu faina. Eu inainte de a pune amestecul de fain, pun si 30 ml ulei. Se toarna aluatul in tava si se coace pana trece testul scobitorii. Blatul se lasa la racit apoi se decupeaza cercuri cu o forma rotunda.<br />
Pentru crema se omogenizeaza praful de budinca cu zaharul si sarea, vanilia, apoi se pune laptele. Se lasa pe foc pana se itareste, apoi se raceste amestacnd ca sa nu formeze pelicue. Se adauga untul moale. Rotitele decupate se taie in doua pe orizontala, se umplu cu crema, si se unge crema si pe margine. Se dau cu laterala prin cocos ras, apoi se glazureaza fiecare bucata in parte.In reteta crema era de rom, daca vrea cineva traduc, dar eu am facut cu crema de vanilie.<br />

Prajitura asta a devenit una obisnuita la noi, pentru ca ne place foarte tare. Pozele astea sunt de Craciunul trecut. La aspect mai am mult de lucrat, asa ca nu o analizati din punctul asta de vedere.<br />

Cred ca sunt daca nu cele mai, printre cele mai apreciate fursecuri la noi in familie. Am sa le fac si pe blog categorie separata intrucat incerc fiecare reteta nou gasita. De fapt sunt variatiuni pe aceeasi tema, intrucat contin aceleasi inediente, dar conteaya si proportiile. Tin minte cand le am facut prima data, si le am dus cu noi la Borsa la cabana de revelion, prietenii se uitau cam sceptici la ele, dar doar pana ce au gustat cate unul. Pe urma s au topit instantaneu. De atunci au ramas la preferate.<br />

- 80 g nuci pecan usor prajite si macinate<br />

- 140 unt moale<br />
<br />
- 70 g zahar<br />
<br />
- 1 galbenus<br />
<br />
- 1 varf de cutit sare<br />

- 50 g amidon<br />
<br />
- 150 g faina<br />

pentru zaharul de portocale<br />

- coaja rasa fin de la o portocala<br />

- zahar tos<br />

Se freaca untul moale cu zaharul. Se adauga galbenusul, sarea si restul ingredientelor, Se formeaza aluatul, se imparte in 8 parti care se modeleaza sub forma de rulouri. Se tin la rece cel putin o ora, se taie feliute cam de 2 cm grosime si se formeaya cornulete. Se pun in tava pe hartie de copt, si se coc pana devin aurii. Calde se tavalesc prin zahar de portocale. Pentru zaharl de portocale se da pe razatoare coaja de portocala, se amesteca cu zaharul si se lasa peste noapte sa se usuce. A doua zi se maina zaharul respectiv cu macinatoarea de cafea.<br />
Sunt excelente cornuletele astea si cu nuci normale, dar cu nuci pecan au un gust deosebit.<br />

- 120 g cranberry uscate<br />

Se bate untul moale cu zaharul, se pune sarea, bicarbonatul, apoi faina amestecata cu praf de copt si amoniac.. Se adauga zeama de portocale apoi fructele uscate. Se pune aluatul la rece pentru o ora, dupa care se pun cu lingurita gogoloaie pe hartia de copt. Se coc pana se auresc.<br />

Pe la inceputurile cocarelilor mele nu mi-am imaginat niciodata ca voi reusi sa fac vreodata prajituri asa de sofisticate ca astea. Sofisticate nu neaparat din punctul de vedere al prepararii ( cu toate ca nici asta nu e de neglijat ) ci ca aspect. Prajituri din astea individuale, aspectuoase erau sf pentru mine. Pentru blat se bat galbenusurile cu 1/2 din cantitatea de zahar, pana se albesc bine de tot si isi dubleaza volumul. Seadauga putina sare, apoi uleiul si se bate din nou. Albusurile se bat cu restul de zahar, apoi se incorporeaza in amestecul de galbenusuri alternand cu amestecul ingredientelor uscate ( faina + cacaoa+ praf de copt ). Se toarna aluatul in tava unsa si tapetata si se coace pana trece testul scobitorii.<br />
Pentru sirop se pune zahaul la caramelizat, apoi se pune apa si se lasapana devine putie lipicios. Se adauga si romul si se lasa la racit. Blatul rece se insiropeaza cu acest sirop.<br />
Se taie prajitura in patrate aproximativ la fel.<br />
Pentru glazura se pune zaharul cu apa pe foc si se lasa sa fiarba 10-12 minute apoi se ia deoparte si se adauga ciocolata si romul. Se glazureaza patratele de ciocolata.<br />
Pentru crema se face ganacheul de ciocolata, punand frisca pe foc. Se lasa sa se infierbante, fara sa fiarba apoi se adauga ciocolata si romul. Se lasa sa se raceasca. Crema racita se bate cu mixerul, dupa care cu ajutorul posului se pune pe fiecare patrat de prajtura glazurata.<br />
Se bate frisca cu zaharul si se orneaza prajiturile, apoi se pun cateva picaturi de glazura.<br />
Eu am facut cateva reseli dar tot buna a fost. Am insiropat mult prea tare prajiturile, iar glazura nu mi-a iesit, era prea lichida. Probabil nu am lasat destul zaharul cu apa pe foc.Dar tot buna a fost. Iar ornatul, asa ca la nivelul meu.<br />

Din pacate anul asta de Paste am cam fost ( si mai sunt ) ocupata cu o pneumonie, asa ca n-am prea facut nimic din ce mi-am propus. u prea am ce arata asa ca istorie, nu prea recenta ( Craciunul trecut ) si Cognacplatzchen sau fursecuri cu coniac. Ingredientele pentru aluat se amesteca se formeaza o bila, se inveleste in folie transparenta si se baga la frigider pentru cel putin o ora. Se scoate aluatul, se intinde foaie de 2 mm si se decupeaza in forma care va place. Se coc pe hartie de copt, pana cand se auresc. Se lipesc doua cate doua cu gem acrisor, sau cu crema de ciocolata. Se glazureaza cu ciocolata topita cu 2-3 linguri de ulei si se orneaza dupa preferinte.<br />

N-as putea sa spun exact, cand a inceput sa-mi placa sa bucataresc. Cu siguranta nu din copilarie, nici chiar din adolescata. Dar cred ca avea legatura cu revistele in care erau retete cu poze colorate si apetisante. Cu siguranta dupa cartile de bucatarie pe care le avea mami, nu ma dadeam in vant, cu toate ca acum am ajuns sa le apreciez foarte tare. Cred ca a inceput sa-mi placa odata cu aparita revistei Avantaje, de unde luam tot felul de retete. Reteta prajiturii asteia o am de la o fosta colega draga, si a fost printre primele prajituri facuta de mine,si mancata. Apreciata si mancata e si acum, chiar daca nu e o reteta chiar la moda.<br />

- 6 galbenusuri<br />

- 1 plic praf de budinca de vanile<br />

- 250 ml lapte<br />

- 8-10 linguri zahar, sau dupa gust<br />

- 200 g unt moale la temperatura camerei<br />

- 150 g ciocolata cu lapte sau amaruie, dupa gust<br />

Din ingredientele pentru foi, se face o coca care se da pentru 1/2 h la frigider. Se scoate din frigider si se imparte in doua. Din prima bucata se intinde o foaie care se pune in tava unsa si tapetata. Se pune apoi crema facuta din cele 6 albusuri batute spuma cu zaharul si adaugatea nuca de cocos. Peste crema de cocos se pune a doua foaie, se inteapa din loc in loc cu furculita apoi se baga la cuptor pana se coace. Dupa ce s-a racit se intinde peste ea crema de vanilie. Pentru crema de vanilie se amesteca gabenusurile cu zaharul, apoi se adauga praful de budinca, apoi incet laptele si se pune pe foc mic, pana se incheaga. In crema rece se adauga cate putin untul. Peste crema de vanilie se intinde ciocolata topita la microunde si amestecata cu uleiul.<br />

Se face maiaua din lapte, zahar, drojdie. Se amesteca faina cu sarea cu smantana, cu untul moale si cu galbenusul. Sefraanta, bine, bine de tot si se lasa la crescut, cam o ora. Se ia aluatul, se intinde foaie de 1 cm grosime, si se unge cu branza de vaci amestecata cu untul moalea si sarea. Se impacheteaza in trei, apoi se ridica marginile, si acoperit cu carpa, se lasa la odihnit inca 20 de minute. Semai impatura o data si se mai lasa la odihnit 20 de minute. Se intinde apoi o foaie de 2 degete grosime si se tiae cu forma rotunda pogacelele. Se ung cu galbenus, se presara cu seminte si se baga la cuptor pana se coc.<br />

Despre castane si piure de castane am mai scris si am povestit, oricui ma asculta. Si ma bucur mult le plac si copiilor mei. Prajituri cu crema de castane n-am prea facut, dar cu siguranta cand voi da de cate o reteta care sa mi se para faina am s-o incerc. De fapt caut o reteta de tort cu crema de piure de castane, tort pe care il mancam in fiecare an la ziua bunei mele prietene, Codruta, facut de mami Irina ( bunica ei ), si care era tare, tare bun.<br />

pentru crema<br />

- 250 g piure de castane<br />
<br />
- 125 g mascarpone<br />
<br />
- 350 ml frisca<br />
<br />
- 5 foi de gelatina<br />
<br />
- zahar dupa gust<br />
<br />
- esenta de rom 1- 2 linguri<br />

pentru ras deasupra<br />

- 80 g ciocolata amaruie<br />
<br />
sau<br />

- pudra de cacao<br />

Se bat galbenusurile cu zahaul pana se albesc, se adauga uleiul apoi cacaua amestecata cu faina si praful de copt apoi coaja rasa de lamaie. Se adauag apoi albusurile batute spuma cu sarea. Se coace piscotul pana trece testul scobitorii. Peste blatul rece se pune crema. Pentru crema se bate mascarpone cu untul moale, cu zaharul apoi se adauga piureul de castane, iar apoi gelatina hidratata si topita pe baie de abur. Cand incepe sa se inchege se adauga si frisca batuta. Se pune peste blatul racit si se baga la frigider pana se intareste. Se rade deasupra ciocolata amaruie.<br />

Ne plac tare mult prajiturile cu cocos, si incerc tot felul de retete. Super buna a fost si prajitura asta a carei reteta am luat-o de <a href="http://alfinuta.blogspot.ro/2010/05/prajitura-de-ciocolata-cu-bilute-de.html">aici</a>. Am facut-o dreptunghiulara pentru ca asa mi s-a parut mai potrivita pentru mine, si am s-o mai fac cu siguranta.<br />

- 120 ml lapte<br />

In tava captusita cu hartie de copt se pu bilutele de branza.Petru bilutele de branza se amesteca toate ingredientele si se formeaza bilute de marimea unei nuci.Se bat ouale cu zaharul si cu zaharul vanilat.Se adauga ciocolata topita si apoi ingredientele uscate Se toarna aluatul peste bilute apoi se baga tava la cuptor la 180 C, cam 25 de minute.<br />
Pentru glazura se pun pe foc laptele, zaharul si untul si se lasa putin pana se topeste zaharul.Se adauga ciocolata si apoi se toarna peste prajitura coapta si racita.<br />
